The Beginning: A Garage in Brisbane

What started as weekend discussions between three university friends became xenorivalthaq. We'd noticed how many Australian businesses struggled with basic profitability analysis — either using outdated spreadsheets or expensive enterprise software that required a PhD to operate.

  • First prototype built in Marcus's garage using recycled computer parts
  • Initial focus on small retail businesses in Queensland
  • Three founding team members with backgrounds in accounting and software development
  • ,000 initial investment from personal savings and a very patient grandmother

Growth Through Challenges

The pandemic changed everything for Australian businesses, but it also highlighted the critical need for real-time profitability insights. We expanded our team to twelve people and moved into our first proper office space in Cranbrook.

  • Served over 800 businesses across Queensland and New South Wales
  • Launched educational webinar series reaching 5,000+ participants
  • Developed specialized modules for hospitality and retail sectors
  • Established partnerships with three major accounting firms

Expanding Horizons

Last year brought significant milestones as we refined our educational approach and expanded across Australia. We realized that teaching financial analysis skills was just as important as providing the tools — many business owners simply hadn't learned these concepts in school.

  • Launched comprehensive online learning modules for financial analysis
  • Expanded operations to serve businesses in all Australian states
  • Published quarterly profitability trend reports for Australian small businesses
  • Team grew to 28 dedicated professionals

Looking Ahead: Our 2025-2026 Vision

Enhanced Learning Programs

We're developing comprehensive certification programs launching in September 2025, designed to help business professionals master financial analysis techniques. These aren't just theory sessions — participants work with real business scenarios and develop practical skills they can implement immediately.

Advanced Analytics Research

Our research team is exploring new methodologies for profitability prediction and trend analysis. We're particularly excited about our upcoming case studies on seasonal business patterns in Australia, scheduled for release in late 2025.

Community Building

Building a supportive community of business analysts and owners who can share experiences and learn together. Our first annual xenorivalthaq Conference is planned for March 2026 in Brisbane, bringing together professionals from across Australia to discuss financial analysis best practices.
